Use of your personal data

The privacy of your personal data is of great importance to DocSolutions de México, S.A. de C.V. (here in after referred to as “DS“), domiciled in Mexico Cuautitlán Km. 31.5 L 25 Loma Bonita Cuautitlán Mexico, C.P. 54800. Federal laws protect your personal data from unauthorized use without your consent, so this document will inform you of the personal data we collect, what we use them for and how we use them, as well as your rights to access, correct and/or delete them.

DS requires the collection of certain personal information to carry out the activities inherent in the provision of its services. DS has the legal and social obligation to comply with the legal and security measures sufficient to protect the personal data it has collected for the purposes described in this Policy.

All the above with the aim of giving you full control and decision over your personal data. Therefore, we recommend that you read the following information carefully.

Definitions
DS provides you with a list of definitions of those words that will be used in the development of this Policy, in order to have greater clarity in its content:

Cookies: Fragments of information from a web page that are stored on the hard drive of the device used to connect to the Internet, through your browser at the request of the page server.
IP address: This is the logical numeric identifier of the device used to connect within the Internet, assigned by the Internet service provider at the time a user connects.
Domain Name: It represents an identifier common to a group of computers or equipment connected to the network. They are a simple form of Internet address designed to allow users to easily locate sites on the Internet. For example www.docsolutions.com

Internet resource: IP address blocks and/or ASN (Autonomous System Number).

DS’ website: www.docsolutions.com, www.docsolutions.com.mx, www.docflow.mx, www.docflow.com.mx, and/or any websites used by DS.

Whois: Database system used to query Domain Names and their main data, as well as to check and verify ownership and allocation of Internet Resources; which can be publicly consulted through the DS Web Site.
The terms defined in this section may be used in this Policy in either singular or plural.

How do we get your personal data?

DS obtains, stores and processes your personal data in connection with the legal relationship with you, the services provided and/or received, and any requests or contacts you make with DS.

In case you provide personal data to DS, it is important they belong to you, or you are the representative of the owner of the data or person authorized to provide them. In addition, to better serve and protect your data, it is necessary that the personal data you provide to DS be correct, complete, true, accurate and current. If there are any errors or updates we ask you to notify us in accordance with this policy.

Failure to comply with the preceding paragraph shall prevent DS from providing the required Service and may result in the suspension or termination of the contracted Services.

In the event that any form indicates some data are optional, the delivery of such data will be at your discretion. These data will be used to facilitate the provision of the Service and the best possible adaptation of it.

When you access DS’ Web site, your IP address is identified and used only for statistical and administrative purposes and to create a better browsing experience for our users.

Finally, when you access DS’ Web site, a temporary cookie will be sent to your hard drive and/or other technologies. Data generated from cookies and/or other technologies may be used to compile statistical data, track user behavior, and audit the frequency of visits to DS’ Web site. These cookies and other technologies may be disabled through your Internet browser.

Your personal information

Among the personal data that DS obtains from its users, customers, suppliers, and/or any person related to its Services are those mentioned in the following classification:

Identification: Full name, e-mail address, address, telephone number and/or cell phone number, signature, photograph, video recording, date of birth, age, nationality, RFC, social security number, CURP, marital status, sex, identification document number, INFONAVIT number and social security number, among others.

Work: Position, area or department, occupation, work address, work e-mail, work phone number, work mobile number and references, among others.
Academics: Schooling levels, degree and professional license number, among others.

Patrimonial and financial: Bank card data and/or bank account data, among others.

Identification, labor and property data may be mandatory for the provision of the Services by DS; not having them would prevent us from being able to provide the service.

Use of personal data

DS processes your personal data for one or more of the following purposes:

Publication of your personal data

DS, as part of its Services, will publish all or part of the necessary personal data under its responsibility, including, but not limited to, the following cases: In the
 relevant media when publication is required to comply with applicable provisions, judicial or administrative decisions, alternative methods or any requests from a competent authority.
The publications specified herein are mandatory in order to comply with the statutes established by law.

Your rights

In accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in the Possession of Individuals, you, or through a duly accredited legal representative, may exercise your rights to access, rectify, cancel and oppose our use of your personal data directly before the committee in charge of data privacy at DS.

Access: You can request at any time what data of yours have been collected and kept by the person in charge.
Rectification: If any of your data are inaccurate or incomplete, you may request their correction, attaching the documentation that proves such modification.

Cancellation: Data cancellation may be requested at any time; if the request is appropriate, the data will enter the blocking period where they cannot be treated whatsoever and will be deleted subsequently.

Opposition: The owner of the data can refuse the treatment of his/her personal data at any moment when there is a justified reason.

To facilitate the exercise of your rights you only need for your legal representative to make a request through the following email address: privacidad@docsolutions.com, through which we will be attentive to your request and/or resolve any doubts regarding the content of this Policy.

Updates and/or modifications

DS is constantly reviewing and updating this Policy. Any modifications or updates will be published on the DS Web site with at least fifteen (15) calendar days’ notice or when stated by the applicable legislation, so that if it is deemed necessary, you can express your opposition to the new treatment that would be given to your personal data.

If DS needs to process your personal data for a purpose not covered by this Policy, a notification will be made via the e-mail provided by you, so that you can express your rights and interests within the period established in such notification, otherwise we will understand that you agree with the new treatment.
