(hereinafter referred to as “DS“), domiciled in Mexico Cuautitlán Km. 31.5 L 25 Loma Bonita Cuautitlán Mexico, C.P. 54800. Whois: Database system used to query Domain Names and their main data, as well as to check and verify ownership and allocation of Internet Resources; which can be publicly consulted through the DS Web Site.
The terms defined in this section may be used in this Policy in either singular or plural.
How do we get your personal data?
DS obtains, stores and processes your personal data in connection with the legal relationship with you, the services provided and/or received, and any requests or contacts you make with DS.
In case you provide personal data to DS, it is important they belong to you, or you are the representative of the owner of the data or person authorized to provide them. In addition, to better serve and protect your data, it is necessary that the personal data you provide to DS be correct, complete, true, accurate and current. Patrimonial and financial: Bank card data and/or bank account data, among others.
