(hereinafter DS), with domicile in Mexico Cuautitlán Km. 31.5 L 25 Loma Bonita Cuautitlán Mexico, C.P. 54800, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Mexican States, is responsible for the database containing your personal data.

What personal data do we collect?

Among the personal data DS may collect or request from you are your full name, e-mail address, address, telephone number, cell phone number, signature, date of birth, age, nationality, RFC (tax payer’s registration code), occupation, level of schooling, gender, photograph, video recording, bank account and/or bank card number, among others.

For what purposes do we use your personal data?

The data you provide will be used for the activities that arise from attending to your requests and/or providing or receiving a service from you, among others:

The publication of personal data in applicable cases, in accordance with the “Publication of your Personal Data” section in the Personal Data Protection Policy (https://docsolutions.com/politica-de-proteccion-de-datos/), is to provide you, on behalf of DS or through other companies, with information about products and/or services that may be of your interest.

We rely on the transfer of personal data where applicable, in accordance with the “With Whom we May Share your Personal Data” section in our Personal Data Protection Policy

Who do we disclose this information to?

In order to fulfill the aforementioned purpose(s), DS may disclose information collected from you to third parties:

Exercise of rights

As of January 6, 2012, you may exercise any of the ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition) by addressing a request to the DS privacy committee, by sending an email to the account: privacidad@docsolutions.com or to the address listed in the first paragraph or by telephone at (55) 2620-1489.

Your personal data may be transferred and processed inside and outside the country, by persons other than this company. In that sense, your information may be shared with APEX Servicios, S.A. de C.V., for the purpose stated in the “For what purposes do we use your personal data?” Section contained in this document.

We commit ourselves not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, but for the exceptions provided for in Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, and to make this transfer under the terms established by that law, except in the cases of Article 37 of the Law, clauses I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII. If you do not express your opposition to the transfer of your personal data, it will be understood that you have given your consent to do so.
